USAPEEC Mexico workshop: making brownies with dried eggs

As part of its promotional activities for egg products, USAPEEC Mexico conducted a hands-on online course in which 60 participants were able to prepare a brownie using dried eggs. Each attendee received beforehand a kit with dried egg samples along with the rest of the ingredients needed to prepare the recipe prior to the live event, which lasted about 80 minutes. 

This was USAPEEC’s Mexico third online workshop using this format and the one that had the largest audience so far.
