Sifford, McCracken to speak at meeting
November 22, 2021
Speakers for the second of two days of virtual presentations at the 2021 USAPEEC Winter Meeting have been decided, and members who attend will no doubt be pleased.
Rosemary Sifford, the new Chief Veterinary Officer of the U.S., will be on the bill for Dec. 16, providing an opportunity to hear the latest on the many animal disease issues affecting the industry. Joining Sifford will be Rabobank’s Christine McCracken who, as always, can be counted to offer her unique insight into global animal protein markets, and will provide a look at the state of U.S. poultry exports.
