U.S. Poultry Menu Promotion with Lee Kwang Kee Teochew Restaurant
The U.S. poultry promotion will be held at the Lee Kwang Kee Teochew Restaurant in June 2021. Two recipes featuring U.S. chicken and U.S. duck with Teochew influence will be specially curated by the Committee chefs from the Disciples Escoffier International, Singapore Delegation. The restaurant is led by Award Winning Head Chef Liu Ming. A team of chefs will be preparing and serving the two special recipes during the promotion.
