Two USAPEEC trainings for the culinary students in Taipei and Keelung City, aiming to promote sustainable diets featuring U.S. chicken while enhancing food safety awareness among the next generation of chefs and raise the awareness and usage of the U.S. poultry among the HRI sector in Taiwan, the trainings will continue to focus on the attributes and safety of U.S. chicken demonstrated by celebrity chef Max Yang with hands-on cooking session.
