A briefing session for lecturers will be held in the morning to provide insights into the upcoming "SIZZLE SHOWDOWN" National Culinary Championship 2024. The session includes a delicious lunch featuring two dishes showcasing U.S. Poultry. The agenda will cover an overview of the competition, value gained from the competition, rules, judging criteria, a Q&A session, and a valuable networking opportunity.
After which, U.S. Poultry Masterclass will be held, aimed at familiarizing the students with U.S. poultry to prepare for the "SIZZLE SHOWDOWN" National Culinary Championship 2024. The renowned Executive Sous Chef Jerome Matthew Rezel will lead one session, each showcasing two U.S. poultry recipes - featuring U.S. Chicken and U.S. Duck.
