The Gangwon U.S. Egg Products Seminar will take place on Monday, April 27, 2026 in Gangwon province, demonstrating bakery applications of U.S. egg products, including sweetened U.S. egg yolk and U.S. liquid whole egg. The seminar will showcase menu items such as egg tarts, chocolate baguettes, and additional bakery applications using U.S. egg products. A total of 40 attendees is expected, primarily comprising professionals from regional bakeries, cafés, pastry shops, manufacturing facilities, and academia. The program aims to promote the high quality and versatility of U.S. egg products to industry professionals, with the goal of expanding their presence and encouraging broader application within the bakery sector.
