		The SHATEC students will be taught theory and practical lessons on U.S. poultry under the Curriculum Program. The training modules will cover the Fundamentals and Principles of Western Cooking where students learn different techniques and applications of U.S. poultry in various cusines. After completed the training program, students will compete in the U.S. poultry culinary competition to show off their unqiue creations and cooking skills using U.S. poultry.
