Meat and Poultry Science and Technology Program (MV)
This continuing education program generously sponsored by Illinois Soybean Association and organized as a joint effort with the Mexican Association of Federal Inspected Plants (ANETIF) and USAPEEC. The program has the ultimate goal of providing training and education through six modules to the meat and poultry processing plant operators to develop value-added poultry products using U.S. poultry ingredients.
