An additional U.S. Poultry Masterclass is scheduled, aiming to acquaint several more batches of students with U.S. poultry in preparation for the "SIZZLE SHOWDOWN" National Culinary Championship 2024. The distinguished Executive Sous Chef Jerome Matthew Rezel will conduct two sessions, each highlighting two U.S. poultry recipes, featuring U.S. Chicken and U.S. Duck.
