HRI U.S. food training event
USAPEEC decide to sponsor 2 cartons of U.S. chicken leg products at an upcoming ATO Beijing organized HRI U.S. food training event in Xi’an on August 5. The event will include a product display booth, chef master class, cooking demonstration, and tasting session. We plan to introduce U.S. food and beverages to up to 40 western style restaurant and hotel food operators. The donated products are for the “Surf & Turf “ themed dinner, Xi'an Hyatt chefs will feature the products within an appetizer, soup, pre-main course, main course, and dessert for up to 50 guests. It will be held at the Grand Hyatt Xi’an, from 2-5pm.
