U.S. Poultry Menu Promotion with Collins Group of Restaurants
The U.S. poultry menu promotion is a collaboration between USAPEEC and Disciples Escoffier International Singapore delegation and Collins Group of Restaurants. Two recipes featuring U.S. chicken and U.S. duck will be specially curated by the committee chefs from Disciples Escoffier International, Singapore Delegation. Collin's team of chefs will be preparing and serving these special U.S. chicken and U.S. duck recipes during the whole month promotion. The U.S. chicken and U.S. duck promotion will held at 23 outlets (11 outlets - Collin's Restaurants and 12 outlets - Collin's Grill & Common Grill).
