Duck Webinar Chile
USAPEEC with the sponsorship of the Indiana Soybean Alliance will host a Duck Webinar called "Pato al Taller" for Colombia and Chile.
This seminar is focused on chefs from the HRI Sector( hotels, institutions, and restaurants). It will be a great opportunity for them to learn new techniques and american duck preparations, as well as learn what the global tendencies in relation to this product currently are.
The speakers will be:
- Daniel Riveros, Colombian chef with more than 20 years of experience in the gastronomic industry. Daniel was also the Academic Director of the Escuela de Gastronomía (Gastronomic School).
- Mariano Moreno, Colombian chef with more than 11 years of experience, advisor of many brands and food associations.
