		Two U.S. Poultry culinary workshops, led by expert Chef Daryl Shular from the U.S., will take place in Dubai, on April 23 and April 25, 2025. These sessions will focus on showcasing the quality, versatility, and safety of U.S. poultry, with a primary audience of student culinary chefs from different emirates in the UAE. The event will offer a combination of theoretical presentations and a live cooking demonstration using U.S. chicken, duck, turkey and is designed to boost student engagement and emphasize the diverse culinary applications of U.S. poultry products.
