U.S. Duck Wellington Showdown

USAPEEC, in collaboration with Qatar Culinary Professionals (QCP), will host a “U.S. Duck Wellington Showdown” competition scheduled to take place on October 14, 2025, in Qatar. This culinary event will bring together professional chefs to reinterpret the traditional Beef Wellington using U.S. duck breast and leg. Following the competition, a buffet dinner featuring a variety of dishes prepared using U.S. duck products will take place, aiming to raise awareness among culinary professionals and demonstrate the product’s adaptability in upscale foodservice applications.
