Ghana Polytechnic Cooking Competition

In an effort to maintain a critical presence in the country, USAPEEC is conducting another Ghana Cooking Competition. 

Students will benefit from working with both local and imported poultry products and will be able to see firsthand the difference in the products, which include quality, cooking times, taste and texture. We anticipate that students will identify the benefits of U.S. poultry and that the competition will entice them to purchase and utilize U.S. poultry products as they begin their careers in the HRI sector.
