USAPEEC Korea teamed up with Rian Bakery, the silver medalist at the 2024 World Baking Cup, to develop new bakery items showcasing U.S. egg products. This collaboration resulted in seven innovative creations: Lemon Tart, Meringue Cracker, Cookie Choux, Black Sesame Cake, Stollen Pound Cake (set for winter release), Raisin Walnut Market, Melon Bread, and Mocha Bread. This partnership has highlighted the versatility and high quality of U.S. egg products in the Korean bakery market.
