U.S. Poultry Culinary Creations Challenge: Crafting the Perfect Menu

A menu development hands-on competition targeting senior and junior chefs from restaurants and hotels in the UAE will be taking place on September 26, 2023 at the International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA). Six teams will compete to showcase a three-course fine dining menu using the following US Poultry and Egg products: Chicken leg quarters, roasted half duck, sous-vide duck breast, whole duck, whole turkey and frozen liquid eggs. The event will be followed by a dinner at the Royal Atlantis – Palm Jumeirah and will be accompanied by media presence.
