U.S. Chicken Shawarma Workshop

USAPEEC will host a U.S. Chicken Shawarma workshop at the Chef Training and Consultancy in Dubai, in collaboration with Chef Majed El Sabbagh. The session will feature a live demonstration of the full shawarma preparation process, including deboning, marination, and stacking, along with a discussion on the attributes of U.S. chicken. Multiple shawarma stations will showcase a variety of flavors&mdashclassic, oriental, Mexican, and red marinades&mdashhighlighting diverse culinary applications, complemented by a buffet of selected dishes. The event will bring together chefs from leading hotels and restaurants across the UAE.
