The 2026 Taipei International Culinary Challenge, hosted by the Taiwan Junior Chef Association (TJCA) showcases Taiwan’s vibrant and vibrant culinary scene, attracting emerging to seasoned professionals chefs from Taiwan and around the world.
USAPEEC continues to sponsor the U.S. Chicken Western Poultry Cooking Challenge, designed to engage participants to deepen their awareness of the versatility and quality of U.S. chicken. By spotlighting premium U.S. chicken in a competitive culinary arena, the initiative reinforces the message of “Certified Quality, Trusted by Chefs” while inspiring chefs to incorporate U.S. chicken into their creations while strengthening HRI confidence and reputation of U.S. chicken in the Taiwanese market.
