USAPEEC India is conducting a masterclass in collaboration with Army Institute of Hospitality Management, Bangalore. Army Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology is one of the Leading Hotel Management Institutions in Imparting Hospitality Education with Vision of “Quality Education”. The masterclass will be conducted by a celebrity chef who will educate the budding chefs on several aspects of US duck meat including thawing, cooking and how the product can be incorporated into the Indian cuisine not only traditional but also regional by creating recipes suiting the Indian palette. The health benefits of duck meat will also be conveyed to the student chefs, positioning the product as a good fit for the Indian cuisine. Informative brochures, recipe cards and customised merchandise will be distributed among the student chefs to ensure top of mind brand recall.
