USAPEEC will host a series of training seminars for North Macedonian chefs and culinary students in Skopje and Struga, North Macedonia, on November 3-6, 2026. These seminars and workshops will enable the chefs and culinary students to familiarize themselves with the versatility and quality of U.S. poultry. Students will benefit from interactive sessions covering techniques for carving, deboning, and marination.
