Master-level Cooking Competition - Taiwan Culinary Art Challenge by TCA

The Taiwan Culinary Art Challenge, hosted by the Taiwan Chef Association (TCA) and certified by Worldchefs, proudly marks its 8th anniversary this year. USAPEEC will serve as the sole sponsor of the U.S. Chicken Western Poultry Cooking Challenge, an event designed to engage master-level chefs and deepen their awareness of the versatility and quality of U.S. chicken. By spotlighting premium U.S. chicken in a competitive culinary arena, the initiative reinforces the message of “Certified Quality, Trusted by Chefs” while inspiring chefs to incorporate U.S. chicken into their creations while strengthening HRI confidence in U.S. chicken products.
