Duck Meat Master Class for HRI
With sponsorship from the Indiana Soybean Alliance, USAPEEC Mexico will hold a Master Class showcasing U.S. duck meat.
The master class, which targets HRI professionals and local importers/distributors, will be conducted by Ruben Mora, USAPEEC's chef consultant, who will demonstrate the benefits and applications of duck meat in the Hotels and Restaurants Industry.
The participants will learn about duck meat and products by preparing HRI-focused recipes.
