U.S. Turkey Table Experience

The U.S. Turkey Table Experience is scheduled to take place on November 24, 2025, at the International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA). The event will bring together junior and sous chefs for an interactive, hands-on cooking session. The activity aims to highlight the versatility of U.S. whole turkey by preparing a variety of holiday dishes representing different cuisines, each paired with suitable side dishes. Through this experience, participants will explore creative ways to feature U.S. turkey in festive menus while enhancing their culinary skills.
