U.S. Poultry Masterclass at SHATEC Institute
A U.S. Poultry Masterclass will be conducted at SHATEC Institute on June 12, 2021. The masterclass is for member guests who patronized Collin's outlets and purchased U.S. chicken and U.S. duck dishes during the May 2021 U.S. poultry menu promotion. The masterclass will be conducted by chefs from the Disciples Escoffier International, Singapore Delegation. The masterclass will showcase two recipes featuring U.S. poultry products. After the masterclass, the participants will be invited to a four course lunch specially created using U.S. chicken, U.S. Turkey, U.S. Duck and U.S. powdered egg products.
