USAPEEC Presents: USDA Master Chefs!

USAPEEC marked a significant milestone on Sept. 29 by hosting its very first marketing collaboration with USDA Under Secretary for Trade and Foreign Agricultural Affairs Luke Lindberg in Taiwan. This special culinary experience event, “USAPEEC Presents: USDA Master Chefs!” was designed exclusively for the USDA team aimed at promoting U.S. chicken. The culinary showcase featured the creative dish, “Three-Cup U.S. Chicken Gua Bao,” highlighting the high quality and versatility of U.S. chicken while symbolizing the cultural exchange between Taiwan and the U.S. Celebrity chef Max Yang guided participants through the preparation process, with USAPEEC member including AJC, Intervision, and Koch showed their support in the culinary experience, all guests praising the dish for its innovative flavors.
