USAPEEC partnered with ATO HK to support SHTM’s Food & Wine Culinary Workshop, spotlighting U.S. poultry, including chicken, duck, and eggs, paired with California wines to inspire culinary students to incorporate premium U.S. poultry products into their future culinary practices and showcase the excellence of U.S. poultry. 70 Student chefs engaged in hands-on preparation of U.S. dishes, while the industry session emphasized the versatility and premium quality of U.S. poultry and eggs.
