U.S. Egg Brunch Contest
USAPEEC will sponsor the 2nd brunch contest in conjunction with the Seoul International Bakery Fair and this years mandatory ingredient will be US egg products - liquid eggs, dried eggs, and frozen omelet. The contest will be publicized nationwide and contest posters will be posted in members' bakeries (over 700), baking colleges, schools and academies nationwide (over 300). It will be also publicized through advertisements on monthly and quarterly baking-related magazines.
