U.S. Chicken - Cooking Training For Taiwan Culinary Students (October - November)
USAPEEC will launch two training sessions for culinary students in Taipei and Tainan in October and November 2026. These programs are designed to promote the use of U.S. chicken while strengthening food safety standards among the next generation of chefs. They also aim to raise awareness, build trust, and encourage greater adoption of U.S. chicken within Taiwan’s HRI sector. Continuing to highlight the attributes and safety of U.S. poultry, the trainings will feature celebrity chef Max Yang, who will lead hands-on cooking demonstrations to inspire students and showcase the premium quality of U.S. chicken. The initiative reinforces the message of “Certified Quality, Trusted by Chefs”, encouraging chef students to incorporate U.S. chicken into their future culinary creations while strengthening consumer confidence in the brand.
