USAPEEC with the sponsorship of the Indiana Soybean Alliance will host a Duck Webinar called "Pato al Taller" for Colombia and Chile.

This seminar is focused on chefs from the HRI Sector( hotels, institutions, and restaurants). It will be a great opportunity for them to learn new techniquesand american duck preparations, as well as learn what the global tendencies in relation to this product currently are.

The speakers will be:

  • Daniel Riveros, Colombian chef with more than 20 years of experience in the gastronomic industry. Daniel was also the Academic Director of the Escuela de Gastronomia (Gastronomic School).
  • Mariano Moreno, Colombian chef with more than 11 years of experience, advisor of many brands and food associations.
