U.S. Duck Menu Promotion
USAPEEC will organize a Recipe Curation event combined with a chef's table - where at least 30 prominent chefs and industry people will be invited to review the recipes made from U.S. duck. A celebrity chef will be engaged to curate a special dinner to introduce US duck meat to top chefs / media / influencers. It will be an opportunity for the top chefs to taste the product and discuss the potential of the product in the HORECA segment and how US duck meat can be incorporated into the Indian cuisine by creating regional and traditional recipes suiting the Indian palette. the attendees of the event will be educated on the health benefits of the product and its distinct attributes including quality, hygiene and versatility. Education material and giveaways will be provided to the attendees.
