With the rise of fitness and health awareness in Taiwan, the demand for healthy bento has also increased. The increase in restaurants that sell healthy bentos and the healthy bento selling in convenience stores have all shown the trend. Most of the time, healthy bentos use chicken breast as the primary material. However, the chicken breast leaves an image of being less tasty and dry among the consumers.

2 professional seminars dedicated to chefs will be organized to show the new recipes and advanced techniques in cooking U.S poultry products; inspire local chefs with US poultry quality and standards.
