USAPEEC India is conducting a masterclass in collaboration with Symbiosis School of Culinary Arts (SSCA). SSCA is a constituent of Symbiosis International University, is the first school fully dedicated to offering niche qualifications in culinary science and arts in the country. SSCA was established with a view to cater to the need of the Food Industry to train and develop specialized culinary professionals. Their flagship Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts has been one of the most sought after culinary degree in the country.

The masterclass will be conducted by a celebrity chef who will educate the budding chefs on several aspects of US poultry meat including thawing, cooking and how the product can be incorporated into the Indian cuisine not only traditional but also regional by creating recipes suiting the Indian palette. The health benefits of poultry meat will also be conveyed to the student chefs, positioning the product as a good fit for the Indian cuisine. Informative brochures, recipe cards and customised merchandise will be distributed among the student chefs to ensure top of mind brand recall.
