2020 USAPEEC International Marketing Conference
USAPEEC will host its 2020 International Marketing and Strategic Planning Conference at the Okura Hotel in Tokyo, Japan (https://theokuratokyo.jp/en/) from March 22-27 (arrival on Sunday, March 22nd and departure on Friday, March 27th).
For this event, we have arranged a special room rate at the Okura Hotel of roughly US$268 per night for a Single Occupancy/$298 for Double Occupancy. These rates include complimentary WiFi and breakfast buffet. Also note that meeting attendees will receive complimentary lunch for the 3 days of meetings (Monday – Wednesday) at the hotel.
It should be a perfect time to visit Tokyo, as the cherry blossoms will be blooming and the city will be in the final preparations for the 2020 Olympics.
The purpose of this event is to bring together our international directors from all over the globe for a time of information exchange, as well as strategic planning for the upcoming year, with input from members. In addition, USAPEEC will use the venue as a time to discuss various trade issues affecting the industry. There will also be programs on marketing and speakers from the local industry in Japan.
The highlight of the week will be a trade reception, which we plan to host on Tuesday night, March 24th at the Okura Hotel. This will be a great educational experience for USAPEEC members and staff alike. USAPEEC Members are encouraged to participate in this conference.
