Masterclasses for culinary students promote U.S. poultry use

USAPEEC, in collaboration with the gastronomic society Disciples Escoffier International (DEI), Singapore Delegation, and SHATEC (Asia’s premier culinary and hospitality institute), held two masterclasses for culinary students at SHATEC on Nov. 13 and 27 to promote the use of U.S. poultry in French cuisine. Award-winning chefs from DEI conducted the cooking demonstrations featuring curated signature dishes incorporating U.S. poultry (chicken and duck).
